
Oia Downtown membership is individual and non-transferable, with guests permitted according to membership type after registration with valid ID.

Members are allowed to bring guests only in accordance to their membership type.

Members must inform their guests of all rules, which include etiquette adherence, no photography that invades privacy, and accountability for their behavior.

Photography is allowed but should respect the privacy of members, guests and employees.

Violating this policy may result in the termination of the member's contract.

Oia Downtown membership is annual contract and does not renew automatically.

Members who wish to renew or end their membership need to provide a two-month notice before the end of the contract.

The management reserves the right to refuse guests based on prior transgressions.

Oia Downtown is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm for females only.

Children under the age of 14 are not allowed.

After sunset, the facility is open for females, males, and families.

Swimming after sundown in the pool or sea is prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors and in designated areas.

Keeping the facility clean and safe is a top priority, and littering is strictly forbidden.

Explosive and flammable substances are strictly prohibited.

Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed in the facility.

The first row of sun lounges is reserved exclusively for members.

Reading the safety regulations will help prevent discomfort or injuries.

Proper swimwear is required for using the swimming pool.

Cotton wear is not allowed in the pool as it reacts with the chemicals and harms the water filtration system.

Swimming in the sea lagoon and swimming pools is the swimmer's responsibility.

Some parts of the facility may require a reservation or fee and may not be included in the membership.

In the case of private event. Oia downtown has the right to refuse entry to the facility.

In case of full capacity, the management may adjust the number of visitors and guests for the best experience.

The management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations to enhance the client's experience.

The management is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by negligence to personal belongings.

Misconduct may result in adding a black point to a membership. Accumulating 3 black points will result to membership termination.
